Your First Step Into Reiki
Level I is where everything begins.
This is the day you receive your attunement, open your connection to the Reiki energy, and walk away with a healing tool you will use for the rest of your life. Whether you come to Reiki for your own healing, to support the people around you, or because you feel drawn to energy work without yet knowing exactly where it will take you, this is the right place to start.
By the end of the day you will be able to place your hands on yourself and channel Reiki energy. You will understand how to use it, why it works, and what to expect as your practice develops. You will leave with your certificate, your manual, your personal Reiki lineage and the confidence to begin immediately.
What You Will Walk Away With
A genuine, working connection to the Reiki energy through four attunements that open and align your energy channels.
A daily self-healing practice that you can use immediately and for the rest of your life. Many people describe the shift that begins after their Level I attunement as one of the most quietly profound things they have experienced.
An understanding of the 21 day cleansing process that follows your attunement, what it is, what to expect and how to work with it rather than against it. This period of clearing and recalibration is where much of the real change begins.
The ability to offer Reiki to family, friends and animals. Level I is not a professional qualification and does not allow you to charge for treatments, but as a personal healing and wellbeing practice it is complete in itself.
A practical understanding of the chakra system, the aura and how energy moves through the body, giving you a framework that will inform everything else you do in the healing and intuitive development space.
An introduction to metaphysical health and the connection between energy, emotion and physical wellbeing. This is where Reiki begins to open doors that many people did not expect when they signed up for a healing course.
Grounding and protection meditations that you can use before and after every Reiki session and as part of your daily practice.
Breathing techniques and energy exercises that develop your sensitivity and your ability to feel and direct energy.
Your Usui Reiki Level I certificate and your personal Reiki lineage, which traces the unbroken tradition from your attunement back to Mikao Usui himself.
A comprehensive Reiki manual to take home and refer back to as your practice develops.

Who This Is For
You do not need any prior experience of healing, energy work or spirituality. If you feel drawn to Reiki, that is enough.
Level I suits you if you want a powerful, practical self-healing tool for your daily life. If you want to be able to support the people you love. If you are exploring your intuitive and energetic sensitivity and want a structured, grounded practice to develop it. If you are a therapist, coach or complementary practitioner wanting to add an energetic layer to your existing work. Or if you simply feel called to begin and trust that the rest will unfold.
The Package Option
If you know already that you want to progress to Level II and become a qualified Reiki Practitioner, it makes sense to book both levels together. Booking Level I and Level II at the same time gives you a saving of £50 on the combined price.
Level I and Level II booked together: £400 instead of £450.
You choose your Level II date when you are ready. There is no pressure on timing and no expiry on the package.

The Practical Details
One day workshop, fully certificated.
Registration from 9.45am. Workshop runs 10am to 4pm.
Investment: £225. Payment by instalments available, just get in touch to arrange.

A Note About Your Phone
Please come prepared to be separated from your phone for most of the day. Checking messages, social media or taking calls pulls you out of the energetic space we are working in and affects your own experience and that of those around you. You will have time to check in at lunch. Everything else can wait.
